Whether silence is really golden, it depends on the situation that you are trapped in. What you see may not be what it really is as well. Though it feels uneasy keeping something inside you, but sometimes silence could still be the best solution to it. Most importantly, as long as you know you are not doing anything against your conscience, try to rest at ease. :)
