过年了！

牛年就快来临了。明晚就是年除夕。家家户户都会围在一起吃团圆饭。我活到了二十一岁，这是第一次没和家人一起吃团圆饭。爸爸妈妈今天一早就去马来西亚了。原本是想要跟他们一起去，但又担心需要拍戏，结果这几天都不用拍。唉！真可笑！拍《团圆饭》，却没吃团圆饭。我在想，如果明晚一个人去吃火锅的话，会很奇怪吗？还是去牛车水走走，感染一下新年的气息？

惊喜！

前几天收到我经理人发给我的简讯，说我被Newpaper提名为Newcomer of the year。 我还以为在开玩笑。心想：“哪里可能？有那么多优秀的新人。。。” 今天上课前，我经过7-11，翻了翻Newpaper, 果然有我。被提名的有振环和美心。这是SMS Voting的。今晚就结束了。说真的， 我很开心！真的是在鼠年最后一刻的惊喜！

朋友

Friends Forever.

普遍的两个字，隐藏着深奥的意义。

小时候，我老是把它挂在嘴边。

只要有一群朋友一起玩，就觉得自己和他们很投缘。

有时候还会讨论长大后要一起开店等等。

可是梦想往往和现实有落差。

人啊，总是在变。

很多知心朋友已经变成陌生人。

有些还比陌生人更陌生。

就是所谓的 “Hi-Bye Friend”。

心情：可悲。

可悲，因为觉得可惜。

可悲，因为想念过去。

可悲，因为你是我的。

可惜属于我们的过去已成为回忆。

不过，我应该感到欣慰。

虽然我们不能做永远的好友，但回忆是永恒的。

“朋友一生一起走，那些日子不再有。。。”

在我们的一生中，时时刻刻都会有新脸孔出现。

没有人知道谁才是你真正的朋友。

只有你，才能够让真正的朋友陪你一生一起走。

我们要懂得惜缘、惜福。

Past vs. Present

Finally after 10 months, we had a class gathering again.

That evening was 5 Jan, that is Little Nyonya Finale.

Some classmates have chosen to stay at home to watch.

Hmm... Not surprising but kinda disappointed.

Cos it's tough to get everyone single one together.

I chose the date as i predicted that i'll be busy from the 6th onwards.

I'm going back to school.

Many of you all asked where.

Here.

So far I've attended two lectures.

Boring cos it's all theory.

BUT, i'm going to make studying my passion.

By doing that, I'll be able to do well.

I hope.

I don't want to be a slacker from 2009 onwards.

The first thing i did was to make a pair of new glasses.

眼睛是心灵之窗嘛。

I have astigmatism and short-sighted.

Not serious.

Left eye: 25, 75 and right eye: 75, 25

I had perfect eyesight actually.

It was in my primary school days.

I thought I'll look pretty smart (pretty and smart).

So I carried out my plan.

I read while lying down under dim lights.

During school-arranged-check-up, I acted as though i can't read some numbers.

And there, I became a 四眼田鸡。

眼镜眼镜，找朋友。。。

For me, it's 眼镜眼镜，我找你。。。

Laugh~!

Besides this nerdy-looking pair of glasses, I've gotten by NDS!

I still remember my first game console was Nintendo Gameboy.

The one without colour.

I earned it from my parents for squeezing into top 5 in class.

Super Mario was my favourite game back then.

I was fascinated to see that Mario can grow so big and tall now.

Don't laugh at me ok.

I'm not a game person.

Cos I'm a people person.

I rather talk to people than facing a non-living thing.

But now, it's really bored to wait during filming.

And I could play it while waiting for train or bus.

Just to kill time.

=)

We always talk and laugh like nobody's business.

And I'm glad that we are still doing the same thing till now.

I missed PW.

We spent 90% of our time playing than getting down to serious work.

We played chua-dai-dee, bball, tennis, make our own video and stuffs.

That was why we chiong like mad at the end of it.

But still, it was really FUN!

I managed to meet the girls after many months.

I haven't been meeting Maxi for the longest period of time.

The two girls on the right made my JC days memorable.

Sitting in the same row in lectures, going for the super-ex tuition class.

Misses~!

Alright.

Less past, more future...

HAPPY HAPPY 2009!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

2009.

I told my friends i wanted to get married on 09.09.09.

When i was in secondary one or two i think.

That was 7 years back.

After 7 years, i don't even have a boyfriend.

How to get married?

Laugh.

Most probably I'll be married with my work and studies.

And, being single is GREAT.

Lots of freedom.

Yeah!

Brand new year marks the beginning of everything.

Below is my list of Must-haves and Must-dos.

Must-haves:

• Determination
• Courage
• Strength
• Faith
• Belief
• Concentration
• Love
• Family
• Friends
• Golden opportunities
• Luck
• Money
• Any type of buffet once a month (haha!)

Must-dos:

• Study hard (I'm gonna be a student on 6 Jan again!)
• Work hard (really enjoy acting)
• Exercise regularly (my bball, badminton and yoga)
• Adopt a balanced diet (miss my Ruffles and Long John Silvers)
• Massage
• Get my driving licence
• Buy a car (my white Toyota Rush) ?
• Meet up with long lost friends (yeah! JC class gathering on the 5th!)
• Record at least 2 songs (still thinking what to sing)
• Portfolio
• Smile everyday (though difficult at times but try)
• Don't curse and swear when pissed off (hmmm...)
• Should I get a PSP or DS?

Time is cruel.

It never spares a thought for people.

So it's needless for us to spare a thought for it.

When time is running, we have to run with it.

We can't crawl or walk cos we'll be wasting our lives.

Treasure every second.

Achieve what you aspire, with determination.

2009 will be a great year if we make full use of it.

Let past regrets be lessons to be learnt

And live 2009 without regrets.
