i'm soOOOOOOooooo happy! really happy! I'm glad I had diarrhea for a week that made me so weak... i came to realize the importance of health! It was hell for me for the past 3 years... Kudos to myself that I can be so disciplined to follow such a strict diet. No more suffering! NO MORE!

Yeah, I agree. I have always been thinking why certain girls can 'torture' themselves by going through such strict diet (few even fast) when they are already very slim. Ended up doing even more harm to their health, what's the point, not worth it..
I am one who love to go for good food too and my favourite are Jap & seafood.. hee.. And I can even eat just before bedtime cos I can't sleep when I'm too hungry... Whahahaha....
